Join the Africana Studies Major and Minor Association in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Black Arts Movement (BAM) During the 1960s and 1970s BAM gave birth to artistic expressions of young black women and men in poetry, theatre, music, etc that centered on educating others about addressing social and political problems facing the Black communities and communities of color.
